2 Corinthians 12:8-10 (New American Standard)

8 Concerning this I implored the Lord 1three times that it might leave me. 9 And He has said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for 2power is perfected in weakness." Most gladly, therefore, I will rather 3boast aabout my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me. 10 Therefore 4I am well content with weaknesses, with binsults, with 5distresses, with 6persecutions, with 7difficulties, 8for Christ's sake ; for 9when I am weak, then I am strong.
