2 Corinthians 2:10-16 (New American Standard)

10 But one whom you forgive anything, I forgive also ; for indeed what I have forgiven, if I have forgiven anything, I did it for your sakes 1in the presence of Christ, 11 so that no advantage would be taken of us by 2Satan, for 3we are not ignorant of his schemes. 12 Now when I came to 4Troas for the 5gospel of Christ and when a 6door was opened for me in the Lord, 13 I 7had no rest for my spirit, not finding 8Titus my brother ; but 9taking my leave of them, I went on to 10Macedonia. 14 11But thanks be to God, who always 12leads us in triumph in Christ, and manifests through us the 13sweet aroma of the 14knowledge of Him in every place. 15 For we are a 15fragrance of Christ to God among 16those who are being saved and among those who are perishing ; 16 17to the one an aroma from death to death, to the other an aroma from life to life. And who is 18adequate for these things ?
