For the love of Christ1controls us, having concludedthis, that 2onedied for all, thereforealldied;
and He died for all, so that they who live might nolonger3live for themselves, but for Him who died and roseagain on their behalf.
16Therefore from now on we recognizenoonea4according to the flesh; eventhough we have knownChristbaccording to the flesh, yetnow we know Him in this way nolonger.
17Thereforeifanyone is 5in Christ, che is 6a newcreature; 7the oldthingspassedaway; behold, newthings have come.
18Now8all these things are from God, 9whoreconciled us to HimselfthroughChrist and gave us the 10ministry of reconciliation,
19namely, that 11God was in Christreconciling the world to Himself, 12not counting their trespasses against them, and dHe has ecommitted to us the word of reconciliation.
20Therefore, we are 13ambassadors for Christ, 14as thoughGod were making an appealthrough us; we beg you on behalf of Christ, be 15reconciled to God.
He made Him who 16knewnosin to be 17sin on our behalf, so that we might become the 18righteousness of God in Him.
