17 Therefore if anyone is ¹in Christ, ^ahe is ²a new creature ; ³the old things passed away ; behold, new things have come. 18 Now ⁴all these things are from God, ⁵who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ⁶ministry of reconciliation, 19 namely, that ⁷God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, ⁸not counting their trespasses against them, and ^bHe has ^ccommitted to us the word of reconciliation. 20 Therefore, we are ⁹ambassadors for Christ, ¹⁰as though God were making an appeal through us; we beg you on behalf of Christ, be ¹¹reconciled to God. 21 He made Him who ¹²knew no sin to be ¹³sin on our behalf, so that we might become the ¹⁴righteousness of God in Him.
