And although you were 1formerlyalienated and hostile in mind, engaged in evildeeds,
22yet He has now2reconciled you in His fleshly3bodythroughdeath, in order to 4present you before Him 5holy and blameless and beyondreproach -
23ifindeed you continue in athe faithfirmly6established and steadfast, and not movedaway from the 7hope of the gospel that you have heard, which was proclaimed8in allcreationunderheaven, 9and of which I, Paul, bwas made a c10minister.
2411Now I rejoice in my sufferings for your sake, and in my flesh12I ddo my share on behalf of 13His body, which is the church, in filling up what is lackingein Christ'safflictions.
2514Of this church I fwas made a ministeraccording to the 15stewardship from Godbestowed on me for your benefit, so that I might gfullycarry out the preaching of the word of God,

that is, 16the mystery which has been hidden from the past ages and generations, but has now been manifested to His hsaints,

to whom17Godwilled to makeknownwhat is 18the riches of the glory of thismysteryamong the Gentiles, which is 19Christ in you, the 20hope of glory.
