9a1Do not lie to oneanother, since you 2laidaside the oldbself with its evil practices,
and have 3put on the newself who is being c4renewed to a trueknowledge5according to the image of the One who 6created him-
a renewal in which7there is no distinction between Greek and Jew, 8circumcised and uncircumcised, d9barbarian, Scythian, 10slave and freeman, but 11Christ is all, and in all.
12So, as those who have been 12chosen of God, holy and beloved, 13put on a 14heart of compassion, kindness, 15humility, gentleness and e16patience;
1317bearing with oneanother, and 18forgivingeachother, whoeverhas a complaintagainstanyone; 19just as the Lordforgave you, soalso should you.
14Beyondallthesethings put on love, which is f20the perfectbond of 21unity.
Let 22the peace of Christgrule in your hearts, to whichhindeed you were called in 23onebody; and ibe thankful.
Let 24the word of jChristrichlydwellwithin you, kwith allwisdom25teaching and admonishingloneanother26with psalms and hymns and spiritualsongs, 27singingmwith thankfulness in your hearts to God.
1728Whatever you do in wordordeed, do all in the name of the LordJesus, 29givingthanksthrough Him to God the Father.
