14who is a1given as a pledge of 2our inheritance, with a view to the 3redemption of 4God's own possession, 5to the praise of His glory.
For thisreason I too, 6having heard of the faith in the LordJesus which exists among you and byour love for 7all the csaints,
168do not ceasegivingthanks for you, 9while makingmention of you in my prayers;
that the 10God of our LordJesusChrist, 11the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of 12wisdom and of 13revelation in the dknowledge of Him.
I pray that 14the eyes of your heartemay be enlightened, so that you will knowwhat is the 15hope of His 16calling, what are 17the riches of the glory of 18His inheritance in 19the fsaints,
and what is the surpassinggreatness of His powertoward us who believe. 20These are in accordance with the working of the 21strength of His might20which He broughtabout in Christ, when He 22raised Him from the dead and 23seated Him at His righthand in 24the heavenly places,
21farabove25allrule and authority and power and dominion, and every26name that is named, not only in 27thisage but also in the one to come.
And He 28putallthings in subjectionunder His feet, and gave Him as 29headoverallthings to the church,
23which is His 30body, the 31fullness of Him who 32fills33all in all.
