and the prescribedportion of oil (namely, the bath of oil ), a tenth of a bath from each kor (which is tenbaths or a homer, for tenbaths are a homer );
and onesheep from each flock of two hundred from the wateringplaces of Israel -for a 1grain offering, for a burntoffering and for peaceofferings, to 2makeatonement for them," declares the LordGOD.
"3All the people of the land shall agive to thisoffering for the 4prince in Israel.
"It shall be the 5prince'spart to provide the 6burntofferings, the grain offerings and the drinkofferings, at the 7feasts, on the 8newmoons and on the sabbaths, at all the appointedfeasts of the house of Israel ; he shall provide the sinoffering, the grain offering, the burntoffering and the 9peaceofferings, to makeatonement for the house of Israel."
18'Thussays the LordGOD, "In the 10first month, on the first of the month, you shall take a youngbull11withoutblemish and 12cleanse the sanctuary.
"The priest shall takesome of the blood from the sinoffering and put it on the doorposts of the house, on the 13fourcorners of the 14ledge of the altar and on the posts of the gate of the innercourt.
20"Thus you shall do on the seventh day of the month for everyone who goes15astray or is bnaive ; so you shall make16atonement for the house.
"In the 17first month, on the fourteenthday of the month, you shall have the 18Passover, a feast of sevendays ; unleavenedbread shall be eaten.
"On that day the prince shall provide for himself and all the people of the land a 19bull for a sinoffering.
"During the 20sevendays of the feast he shall provide as a 21burntoffering to the LORD22sevenbulls and sevenramswithoutblemish on everyday of the sevendays, and a malegoatdaily for a sinoffering.
"He shall provide as a 23grain offering an ephahcwith a bull, an ephahdwith a ram and a hin of oilewith an ephah.
