For if the word2spokenthrough3angelsprovedbunalterable, and 4everytransgression and disobediencereceived a justc5penalty,
36how will we escape if we neglectsogreat a 7salvation ? dAfter it was at the first8spokenthrough the Lord, it was 9confirmed to us by those who heard,
4God also testifying with them, both by 10signs and wonders and by 11variousemiracles and by f12gifts of the HolySpirit13according to His own will.

7
"17YOU HAVE MADE HIM hFOR A LITTLEWHILELOWERTHAN THE ANGELS ; YOU HAVE CROWNED HIM WITH GLORY AND HONOR, iAND HAVE APPOINTED HIM OVER THE WORKS OF YOUR HANDS ;
818YOU HAVE PUTALLTHINGS IN SUBJECTIONUNDER HIS FEET." For in subjectingallthings to him, He leftnothing that is not subject to him. But now19we do not yetseeallthingssubjected to him.
9
But we do see Him who was 20madejfor a littlewhilelowerthan the angels, namely, Jesus, 21because of the suffering of death22crowned with glory and honor, so that 23by the grace of God He might 24tastedeath25for everyone.
