From there the bordercontinued to 2Luz, to the side of Luz (that is, Bethel ) southward ; and the borderwentdown to Ataroth-addar, near the hillwhich lies on the south of 3lowerBeth-horon.
The borderextended from there and turnedround on the westsidesouthward, from the hillwhich lies beforeBeth-horonsouthward ; and bit ended at Kiriath-baal (that is, Kiriath-jearim ), a city of the sons of Judah. This was the westside.
Then the 4southside was from the edge of Kiriath-jearim, and the borderwentwestward and went to the fountain of the waters of Nephtoah.
The borderwentdown to the edge of the hillwhich is in the 5valley of Ben-hinnom , which is in the valley of Rephaimnorthward ; and it wentdown to the valley of Hinnom, to the slope of the Jebusitesouthward, and wentdown to En-rogel.
It extendednorthward and went to En-shemesh and went to Geliloth, which is opposite the ascent of Adummim, and it wentdown to the 6stone of Bohan the son of Reuben.
It continued to the side in front of the Arabahnorthward and wentdown to the Arabah.
The bordercontinued to the side of Beth-hoglahnorthward ; and the cborderended at the northbay of the SaltSea, at the southend of the Jordan. This was the southborder.
Moreover, the Jordan was its border on the eastside. This was the inheritance of the sons of Benjamin, according to their families and according to its bordersallaround.
Now the cities of the tribe of the sons of Benjamin according to their families were Jericho and Beth-hoglah and Emek-keziz ,
and Beth-arabah and Zemaraim and Bethel,
