1
'Now this is the law of the 1guiltoffering ; it is mostholy.
2
'In 2the placewhere they slay the burntoffering they are to slay the guiltoffering, and he shall sprinkle its bloodaround on the altar.
3
'Then he shall offer from it all its fat : the 3fattail and the fat that covers the entrails,
4
and the twokidneys with the fat that is on them, which is on the loins, and the lobe on the liver he shall remove4with the kidneys.
5
'The priest shall offer them up in smoke on the altar as an offering by fire to the LORD ; it is a guiltoffering.
6
'5Everymale among the priests may eat of it. It shall be eaten in a holyplace ; it is mostholy.
7
'The guiltoffering is like the 6sinoffering, there is onelaw for them; the 7priestwhomakesatonement with it ashall have it.
8
'Also the priest who presentsanyman'sburntoffering, bthat priest shall have for himself the skin of the burntofferingwhich he has presented.
9
'Likewise, every grain offering that is baked in the oven and everythingprepared in a cpan or on a 8griddledshall belong to the priest who presents it.
10'Every grain offering, mixed with oil or dry, shall ebelong to all the sons of Aaron, fto allalike.
11
'Now this is the law of the 9sacrifice of peaceofferingswhich shall be presented to the LORD.
12'If he offers it by way of 10thanksgiving, then along with the sacrifice of thanksgiving he shall offer11unleavenedcakesmixed with oil, and unleavenedwafersgspread with oil, and cakes of well stirredfineflourmixed with oil.
13
'With the sacrifice of his peaceofferings for thanksgiving, he shall present his offering with cakes of 12leavenedbread.
14
'Of hthis he shall presentone of everyoffering as a icontribution to the LORD ; 13it shall jbelong to the priest who sprinkles the blood of the peaceofferings.
15
'14Now as for the flesh of the sacrifice of his thanksgivingpeaceofferings, it shall be eaten on the day of his offering ; he shall not leaveany of it over untilmorning.
16
'But if the sacrifice of his offering is a 15votiveor a freewilloffering, it shall be eaten on the day that he offers his sacrifice, and on the knextday what is left of it may be eaten ;
1716but what is leftover from the flesh of the sacrifice on the thirdday shall be burned with fire.
18
'So ifany of the flesh of the sacrifice of his peaceofferings should ever be eaten on the thirdday, he who offers it will not be accepted, and it will not be reckoned to his benefit. It shall be an 17offensivething, and the person who eats of it will bear his own iniquity.
19
'Also the flesh that touchesanythingunclean shall not be eaten ; it shall be burned with fire. lAs for other flesh, anyone who is clean may eat such flesh.
20
'18But the personwhoeats the flesh of the sacrifice of peaceofferingswhich belong to the LORD, min his uncleanness, that person19shall be cutoff from his people.
21
'20Whenanyonetouchesanythingunclean, whether humanuncleanness, or an uncleananimal, oranyuncleanndetestablething, and eats of the flesh of the sacrifice of peaceofferingswhich belong to the LORD, that person shall be cutoff from his people.' "
22
Then the LORDspoke to Moses, saying,
23"Speak to the sons of Israel, saying, 'You shall not eat21anyfat from an ox, a sheep or a goat.
24
'Also the fat of an animal which dies and the fat of an animal22torn by beasts may be put to any other use, but you must certainly not eat it.
25
'For whoevereats the fat of the animal from whichoan offering by fire is offered to the LORD, even the person who eats shall be cutoff from his people.
26
'23You are not to eatanyblood, either of bird or animal, in any of your dwellings.
27'Anypersonwhoeatsanyblood, even that person shall be cutoff from his people.' "
28
Then the LORDspoke to Moses, saying,
29"Speak to the sons of Israel, saying, 'He who offers24the sacrifice of his peaceofferings to the LORD shall bring his offering to the LORD from the sacrifice of his peaceofferings.
30
'His own hands are to bringofferings by fire to the LORD. He shall bring the fat with the breast, that the 25breast may be ppresented as a waveofferingbefore the LORD.
31
'The priest shall offer up the fat in smoke on the altar, but 26the breast shall belong to Aaron and his sons.
32
'You shall give27the rightthigh to the priest as a qcontribution from the sacrifices of your peaceofferings.
33
'The one among the sons of Aaron who offers the blood of the peaceofferings and the fat, the rightthigh shall be his as his portion.
34
'For I have taken28the breast of the waveoffering and the thigh of the rcontribution from the sons of Israel from the sacrifices of their peaceofferings, and have given them to Aaron the priest and to his sons as their dueforever from the sons of Israel.
35'This is sthat which is consecrated to Aaron and tthat 29which is consecrated to his sons from the offerings by fire to the LORD, in that day when he presented them to serve as priests to the LORD.
36
'uThese the LORD had commanded to be given them from the sons of Israel in the day that He 30anointed them. It is their dueforever throughout their generations.' "
37This is the law of the burntoffering, the grain offering and the sinoffering and the guiltoffering and 31the ordinationoffering and the sacrifice of peaceofferings,
3832which the LORDcommandedMoses at MountSinai in the day that He commanded the sons of Israel to vpresent their offerings to the LORD in the wilderness of Sinai.
