18So2He was saying, "3What is the kingdom of Godlike, and to what shall I compare it?19"It is like a mustardseed, which a mantook and threw into his owngarden; and it grew and became a tree, and 4THE BIRDS OF THE aAIRNESTED IN ITS BRANCHES."20
And again He said, "5To what shall I compare the kingdom of God?21"6It is likeleaven, which a womantook and hid in 7threebpecks of flouruntil it was allleavened."
And He was passingthrough from one city and village to another, teaching, and 8proceeding on His way to Jerusalem.
And someonesaid to Him, "Lord, are there just a few who are being saved?" And He said to them,
24"9Strive to enterthrough the narrowdoor; for many, I tell you, will seek to enter and will not be able.25"Once the head of the housegets up and 10shuts the door, and you begin to standoutside and knock on the door, saying, '11Lord, open up to us!' then He will answer and say to you, '12I do not knowwhere you are from.'26"Then you will 13begin to say, 'We ate and drank in Your presence, and You taught in our streets ';27and He will say, 'I tell you, 14I do not knowwhere you are from; 15DEPART FROM ME, ALL YOU EVILDOERS.'
