And Jesus said to them, "1Do you suppose that theseGalileans were greater sinnersthanall other Galileansbecause they sufferedthis fate?3"I tell you, no, but unless you arepent, you will alllikewiseperish.4"Or do you suppose that thoseeighteen on whom the tower in 2Siloamfell and killed them were worse b3culpritsthanall the men who live in Jerusalem?5"I tell you, no, but unless you repent, you will alllikewiseperish."6
And He began tellingthisparable: "A manhad4a figtree which had been planted in his vineyard; and he camelooking for fruit on it and did not find any.7"And he said to the vineyard-keeper, 'Behold, for threeyears I have comelooking for fruit on thisfigtreecwithoutfinding any. 5Cut it down! Why does it evenuse up the ground?'8"And he answered and said to him, 'Let it alone, sir, for thisyeartoo, until I digaround it and put in fertilizer;9and if it bearsfruitnext year, fine; but if not, cut it down.' "
And He was 6teaching in one of the synagogues on the Sabbath.
And there was a woman who for eighteenyears had had7a sickness caused by a spirit; and she was bentdouble, and could not straighten up at all.
When Jesussaw her, He called her over and said to her, "Woman, you are freed from your sickness."
