But He said to them, "1Not allmen can acceptthisstatement, but 2only those to whom it has been given.

"For there are eunuchswho were born that way from their mother'swomb; and there are eunuchswho were madeeunuchs by men; and there are also eunuchswhomadethemselveseunuchs for the sake of the kingdom of heaven. He who is able to accept this, let him accept it."
Jesus Blesses Little Children
133Then some children were brought to Him so that He might lay His hands on them and pray; and the disciplesrebuked them.

But Jesussaid, "4Let the childrenalone, and do not hinder them from coming to Me; for 5the kingdom of heavenbelongs to such as these."

After laying His hands on them, He departed from there.

And He said to him, "Why are you asking Me aboutwhat is good? There is only One who is good; but 8if you wish to enter into life, keep the commandments."

Then he said to Him, "Whichones?" And Jesussaid, "9YOU SHALL NOT COMMITMURDER; YOU SHALL NOT COMMITADULTERY; YOU SHALL NOT STEAL; YOU SHALL NOT BEARFALSEWITNESS;

10HONOR YOUR FATHER AND MOTHER; and 11YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF."

The youngmansaid to Him, "Allthesethings I have kept; whatam I stilllacking?"

Jesussaid to him, "If you wish to be complete, go and 12sell your possessions and give to the poor, and you will have13treasure in heaven; and come, follow Me."
