Does the LORDtakedelight in 14thousands of rams, In tenthousandrivers of oil? Shall I present my 15firstborn for my rebelliousacts, The fruit of my body for the sin of my soul?
He has 16told you, O man, what is good; And 17what does the LORDrequire of you But to 18dojustice, to 19lovebkindness, And to walkc20humbly with your God?
The voice of the LORD will call to the city - And it is soundwisdom to fear Your name: "Hear, O tribe. Who has appointeddits time?
"Is there yet a man in the wickedhouse, Along with treasures of 21wickedness And a e22shortmeasure that is cursed?
"Can I justifywicked23scales And a bag of deceptiveweights?
"For the richmen of the fcity are full of 24violence, Her residentsspeak25lies, And their 26tongue is deceitful in their mouth.
"So also I will make you 27sick, striking you down, 28Desolating you because of your sins.
