1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God.
6 There came a man sent from God, whose name was John.
12 But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name, 13 who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God.
18 No one has seen God at any time; the only begotten God who is in the bosom of the Father, He has explained Him.
29 The next day he saw Jesus coming to him and said, "Behold, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!
34 "I myself have seen, and have testified that this is the Son of God."
36 and he looked at Jesus as He walked, and said, "Behold, the Lamb of God!"
49 Nathanael answered Him, "Rabbi, You are the Son of God; You are the King of Israel."
51 And He said to him, "Truly, truly, I say to you, you will see the heavens opened and the angels of God ascending and descending on the Son of Man."
2 this man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, "Rabbi, we know that You have come from God as a teacher; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him." 3 Jesus answered and said to him, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God."
5 Jesus answered, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
16 "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. 17 "For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him. 18 "He who believes in Him is not judged; he who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
21 "But he who practices the truth comes to the Light, so that his deeds may be manifested as having been wrought in God."
33 "He who has received His testimony has set his seal to this, that God is true. 34 "For He whom God has sent speaks the words of God; for He gives the Spirit without measure.
36 "He who believes in the Son has eternal life; but he who does not obey the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him."
10 Jesus answered and said to her, "If you knew the gift of God, and who it is who says to you, 'Give Me a drink,' you would have asked Him, and He would have given you living water."
24 "God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth."
18 For this reason therefore the Jews were seeking all the more to kill Him, because He not only was breaking the Sabbath, but also was calling God His own Father, making Himself equal with God.
25 "Truly, truly, I say to you, an hour is coming and now is, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who hear will live.
42 but I know you, that you do not have the love of God in yourselves.
44 "How can you believe, when you receive glory from one another and you do not seek the glory that is from the one and only God?
27 "Do not work for the food which perishes, but for the food which endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give to you, for on Him the Father, God, has set His seal." 28 Therefore they said to Him, "What shall we do, so that we may work the works of God?" 29 Jesus answered and said to them, "This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He has sent."
33 "For the bread of God is that which comes down out of heaven, and gives life to the world."
45 "It is written in the prophets, 'AND THEY SHALL ALL BE TAUGHT OF GOD.' Everyone who has heard and learned from the Father, comes to Me. 46 "Not that anyone has seen the Father, except the One who is from God; He has seen the Father.
69 "We have believed and have come to know that You are the Holy One of God."
17 "If anyone is willing to do His will, he will know of the teaching, whether it is of God or whether I speak from Myself.
40 "But as it is, you are seeking to kill Me, a man who has told you the truth, which I heard from God; this Abraham did not do. 41 "You are doing the deeds of your father." They said to Him, "We were not born of fornication; we have one Father: God." 42 Jesus said to them, "If God were your Father, you would love Me, for I proceeded forth and have come from God, for I have not even come on My own initiative, but He sent Me.
47 "He who is of God hears the words of God; for this reason you do not hear them, because you are not of God."
54 Jesus answered, "If I glorify Myself, My glory is nothing; it is My Father who glorifies Me, of whom you say, 'He is our God ';
3 Jesus answered, "It was neither that this man sinned, nor his parents; but it was so that the works of God might be displayed in him.
16 Therefore some of the Pharisees were saying, "This man is not from God, because He does not keep the Sabbath." But others were saying, "How can a man who is a sinner perform such signs?" And there was a division among them.
24 So a second time they called the man who had been blind, and said to him, "Give glory to God; we know that this man is a sinner."
29 "We know that God has spoken to Moses, but as for this man, we do not know where He is from."
31 "We know that God does not hear sinners; but if anyone is God-fearing and does His will, He hears him.
33 "If this man were not from God, He could do nothing ."
33 The Jews answered Him, "For a good work we do not stone You, but for blasphemy; and because You, being a man, make Yourself out to be God." 34 Jesus answered them, "Has it not been written in your Law, 'I SAID, YOU ARE GODS '? 35 "If he called them gods, to whom the word of God came (and the Scripture cannot be broken ), 36 o you say of Him, whom the Father sanctified and sent into the world, 'You are blaspheming,' because I said, 'I am the Son of God '?
4 But when Jesus heard this, He said, "This sickness is not to end in death, but for the glory of God, so that the Son of God may be glorified by it."
22 "Even now I know that whatever You ask of God, God will give You."
27 She said to Him, "Yes, Lord ; I have believed that You are the Christ, the Son of God, even He who comes into the world."
40 Jesus said to her, "Did I not say to you that if you believe, you will see the glory of God?"
52 and not for the nation only, but in order that He might also gather together into one the children of God who are scattered abroad.
43 for they loved the approval of men rather than the approval of God.
3 Jesus, knowing that the Father had given all things into His hands, and that He had come forth from God and was going back to God,
31 Therefore when he had gone out, Jesus said, "Now is the Son of Man glorified, and God is glorified in Him; 32 if God is glorified in Him, God will also glorify Him in Himself, and will glorify Him immediately.
1 "Do not let your heart be troubled; believe in God, believe also in Me.
2 "They will make you outcasts from the synagogue, but an hour is coming for everyone who kills you to think that he is offering service to God.
30 "Now we know that You know all things, and have no need for anyone to question You; by this we believe that You came from God."
3 "This is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.
7 The Jews answered him, "We have a law, and by that law He ought to die because He made Himself out to be the Son of God."
17 Jesus said to her, "Stop clinging to Me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, 'I ascend to My Father and your Father, and My God and your God.' "
28 Thomas answered and said to Him, "My Lord and my God!"
31 but these have been written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing you may have life in His name.
19 Now this He said, signifying by what kind of death he would glorify God. And when He had spoken this, He said to him, "Follow Me!"
