Not that I have already 1obtained it or have already 2become perfect, but I press on aso that I may 3lay hold of that bfor which also I 4was laid hold of by 5Christ Jesus.

Brethren, I do not regard myself as having laid hold of it yet ; but one thing I do: 6forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead,

I 7press on toward the goal for the prize of the 8upward call of God in 9Christ Jesus.

Let us therefore, as many as are c10perfect, have this attitude ; and if in anything you have a 11different attitude, 12God will reveal that also to you;
16
however, let us keep d13living by that same standard to which we have attained.
