Finally, brethren, 1whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of goodrepute, if there is anyexcellence and ifanythingworthy of praise, dwell on thesethings.

The things you have learned and received and heard and seen2in me, practicethesethings, and 3the God of peace will be with you.
God's Provisions
10 But I rejoiced in the Lordgreatly, that now at last4you have revived your concern for me; indeed, you were concerned before, but you lackedopportunity.

Not that I speak from want, for I have learned to be 5content in whatevercircumstances I am.

I knowhow to getalong with humblemeans, and I alsoknowhow to live in prosperity; in any and everycircumstance I have learned the secret of being filled and going6hungry, both of havingabundance and 7sufferingneed.

Nevertheless, you have donewell to 9share with me in my affliction.

for even in 13Thessalonica you sent a gift more*thanonce for my needs.

14Not that I seek the gift itself, but I seek for the profit which increases to your account.

But I havereceivedeverything in full and have an abundance; I am amplysupplied, having received from 15Epaphroditus what you have sent, 16a fragrantaroma, an acceptablesacrifice, well-pleasing to God.
