Proverbs 21:26-31

All day long he is craving, While the righteous 1gives and does not hold back.
The 2sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination, How much * more * when he brings it with evil intent!
A 3false witness will perish, But the man who listens to the truth will speak forever.
A wicked man 4displays a bold face, But as for the 5upright, he makes his way sure.
There is 6no wisdom and no understanding And no counsel against the LORD.
The 7horse is prepared for the day of battle, But 8victory belongs to the LORD.
