111I saythen, they did not stumbleso as to fall, did they? 2May it never be! But by their transgression3salvation has come to the Gentiles, to 4make them jealous.
12Nowif their transgression is riches for the world and their failure is riches for the Gentiles, howmuchmore will their a5fulfillment be!
13
But I am speaking to you who are Gentiles. Inasmuchthen as 6I am an apostle of Gentiles, I magnify my ministry,
14ifsomehow I might 7move to jealousy8my bfellowcountrymen and 9savesome of them.
15
For if their rejection is the 10reconciliation of the world, what will their acceptance be but 11life from the dead ?
16If the 12firstpiece of dough is holy, the lump is also ; and if the root is holy, the branches are too.
17
But ifsome of the 13branches were brokenoff, and 14you, being a wildolive, were grafted in among them and becamepartaker with them of the crichroot of the olivetree,
18
do not be arroganttoward the branches ; but if you are arrogant, remember that 15it is not you who supports the root, but the root supports you.
1916You will saythen, "Branches were brokenoffso that I might be grafted in."
20Quiteright, they were brokenoff for their unbelief, but you 17stand by your faith. 18Do not be conceited , but fear ;
21
for ifGod did not spare the naturalbranches, He will not spare you, either.
22Beholdthen the kindness and severity of God ; to those who fell, severity, but to you, God's19kindness, 20if you continue in His kindness ; otherwise you also21will be cutoff.
23
And they also, 22if they do not continue in their unbelief, will be grafted in, for God is able to graft them in again.
24
For if you were cutoff from what is by nature a wildolivetree, and were graftedcontrary to nature into a cultivatedolivetree, howmuchmore will thesewho are the natural branches be grafted into their ownolivetree ?
25
For 23I do not want you, brethren, to be uninformed of this24mystery-so that you will not be 25wise in your ownestimation -that a partial26hardening has happened to Israeluntil the 27fullness of the Gentiles has come in;
26
and soallIsrael will be saved ; just as it is written, "28THE DELIVERER WILL COME FROM ZION, HE WILL REMOVEUNGODLINESS FROM JACOB."
