12Therefore , just as through1onemansinentered into the world, and 2deaththroughsin, and 3sodeathspread to allmen, becauseallsinned -

for auntil the Lawsin was in the world, but 4sin is not imputed when there is nolaw.
14Neverthelessdeathreigned from AdamuntilMoses, evenoverthose who had not sinned5in the likeness of the offense of Adam, who is a b6type of Him who was to come.

But cthe freegift is not like the transgression. For if by the transgression of 7the one8the manydied, muchmore did the grace of God and the gift by 9the grace of the oneMan, JesusChrist, abound to the many.
16
The gift is not like that which came through the one who sinned ; for on the onehand10the judgment arose from one transgression dresulting in condemnation, but on the otherhand the freegift arose from manytransgressionseresulting in justification.
17
For if by the transgression of the one, deathreigned11through the one, muchmorethose who receive the abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will 12reign in lifethrough the One, JesusChrist.
18Sothen as through13onetransgressionfthere resultedcondemnation to allmen, evensothroughone14act of righteousnessgthere resulted15justification of life to allmen.
19
For as through the oneman'sdisobedience16the many17were madesinners, evensothrough18the obedience of the One19the many will be maderighteous.
20h20The Lawcame in so that the transgression would increase ; but wheresinincreased, 21graceaboundedall the more,
21so that, as 22sinreigned in death, evenso23grace would reignthroughrighteousness to eternallifethroughJesusChrist our Lord.
