3Or do you not know that all of us who have been 1baptized into 2ChristJesus have been baptized into His death ?
4Therefore we have been 3buried with Him throughbaptism into death, so that as Christ was 4raised from the deadthrough the 5glory of the Father, so we too might walk in 6newness of life.
5
For 7if we have becomeaunited with Him in the likeness of His death, certainly we shall also be bin the likeness of His resurrection,
6knowingthis, that our 8oldcself was 9crucified with Him, in order that our 10body of sin might be ddoneaway with, so that we would nolonger be slaves to sin ;
7
for 11he who has died is efreed from sin.
8Now12if we have died with Christ, we believe that we shall alsolive with Him,
9knowing that Christ, having been 13raised from the dead, fis never to dieagain ; 14deathnolonger is masterover Him.
10
For the death that He died, He died to sinonce for all ; but the life that He lives, He lives to God.
