for 1if you are livingaccording to the flesh, you amustdie; but if by the Spirit you are 2putting to death the deeds of the body, you will live.
For allwho are 3being led by the Spirit of God, these are 4sons of God.
For you 5have not received a spirit of slaverybleading to fearagain, but you 6have receivedca spirit of adoption as sons by which we cry out, "7Abba! Father!"
The SpiritHimself8testifies with our spirit that we are 9children of God,
and ifchildren, 10heirsalso, heirs of God and fellowheirs with Christ, 11ifindeed we suffer with Him so that we may also be glorified with Him.
For I consider that the sufferings of thispresenttime12are not worthy to be compared with the 13glory that is to be revealed to us.
For the 14anxiouslonging of the creationwaitseagerly for 15the revealing of the 16sons of God.
For the creation17was subjected to 18futility, not willingly, but 19because of Him who subjected it, din hope21
that 20the creationitselfalso will be setfree from its slavery to corruption into the freedom of the glory of the children of God.
For we know that the wholecreation21groans and suffers the pains of childbirthtogetheruntilnow.
2322And not only this, but also we ourselves, having23the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves24groanwithinourselves, 25waitingeagerly for our adoption as sons, 26the redemption of our body.
