However, you are not 1in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God 2dwells in you. But 3if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Him.
10
4If Christ is in you, though the body is dead because of sin, yet the spirit is aalive because of righteousness.
11
But if the Spirit of Him who 5raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, 6He who raised 7Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies bthrough His Spirit who dwells in you.
12
So then, brethren, we are under obligation, not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh -
13
for 8if you are living according to the flesh, you cmust die ; but if by the Spirit you are 9putting to death the deeds of the body, you will live.
14
For all who are 10being led by the Spirit of God, these are 11sons of God.
15
For you 12have not received a spirit of slavery dleading to fear again, but you 13have received ea spirit of adoption as sons by which we cry out, "14Abba ! Father !"

The Spirit Himself 15testifies with our spirit that we are 16children of God,
17
and if children, 17heirs also, heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, 18if indeed we suffer with Him so that we may also be glorified with Him.

For I consider that the sufferings of this present time 19are not worthy to be compared with the 20glory that is to be revealed to us.
19
For the 21anxious longing of the creation waits eagerly for 22the revealing of the 23sons of God.
