1And not only this, but also we ourselves, having 2the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves 3groan within ourselves, 4waiting eagerly for our adoption as sons, 5the redemption of our body.
For 6in hope we have been saved, but 7hope that is seen is not hope; for who hopes for what he already sees?
But 8if we hope for what we do not see, with perseverance we wait eagerly for it.

Our Victory in Christ

In the same way the Spirit also helps our weakness; for 9we do not know how to pray as we should, but 10the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words;
and 11He who searches the hearts knows what 12the mind of the Spirit is, because He 13intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.
And we know that God causes 14all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are 15called according to His purpose.
