Genesis 8:6

And it came to pass at the end of forty days
From the appearance of the mountains, that is, from the first day of the tenth month, to forty days after; and being ended, this must be the eleventh day of the eleventh month, the month Ab, which answers to July and August; and according to Bishop Usher ^F11 it was Friday the twenty eighth of August:

that Noah opened the window of the ark which he had made;

4 El día diecisiete del mes séptimo el arca se detuvo sobre las montañas de Ararat,

5 y las aguas siguieron bajando hasta que el primer día del mes décimo pudieron verse las cimas de las montañas.

6 Después de cuarenta días, Noé abrió la ventana del arca que había hecho

7 y soltó un cuervo, el cual estuvo volando de un lado a otro, esperando a que se secara la tierra.

8 Luego soltó una paloma, para ver si las aguas que cubrían la tierra ya se habían retirado.
