10 For thus says the LORD, After seventy years are accomplished for Bavel, I will visit you, and perform my good word toward you, in causing you to return to this place.

This is what the LORD says: “When seventy years are completed for Babylon, I will come to you and fulfill my good promise to bring you back to this place.
