with a view to an administration suitable to the fullness of the times, that is, the summing up of all things in Christ, things in the heavens and things on the earth. In Him 10 to be put into effect when the times will have reached their fulfillment--to bring all things in heaven and on earth together under one head, even Christ.
also we have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to His purpose who works all things after the counsel of His will, 11 In him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will,
to the end that we who were the first to hope in Christ would be to the praise of His glory. 12 in order that we, who were the first to hope in Christ, might be for the praise of his glory.
In Him, you also, after listening to the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation -having also believed, you were sealed in Him with the Holy Spirit of promise, 13 And you also were included in Christ when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation. 18 I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you will know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, 18 I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints,
and what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe. These are in accordance with the working of the strength of His might 19 and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is like the working of his mighty strength,
which He brought about in Christ, when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, 20 which he exerted in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms,
