33 And he will reign over Israel forever; his Kingdom will never end!" 33 and he will reign over the house of Jacob forever; his kingdom will never end."
34 Mary asked the angel, "But how can I have a baby? I am a virgin." 34 "How will this be," Mary asked the angel, "since I am a virgin?"
35 The angel replied, "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the baby born to you will be holy, and he will be called the Son of God. 35 The angel answered, "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the holy one to be born will be called the Son of God.
36 What's more, your relative Elizabeth has become pregnant in her old age! People used to say she was barren, but she's already in her sixth month. 36 Even Elizabeth your relative is going to have a child in her old age, and she who was said to be barren is in her sixth month.
37 For nothing is impossible with God." 37 For nothing is impossible with God."

42 Elizabeth gave a glad cry and exclaimed to Mary, "You are blessed by God above all other women, and your child is blessed. 42 In a loud voice she exclaimed: "Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the child you will bear!
43 What an honor this is, that the mother of my Lord should visit me! 43 But why am I so favored, that the mother of my Lord should come to me?
