Psalm 130 DBY/NIV - Online Parallel Bible

The Darby Translation (DBY) New International Version (NIV)
{A Song of degrees.} Out of the depths do I call upon thee, Jehovah. 1 Out of the depths I cry to you, O LORD;
Lord, hear my voice; let thine ears be attentive to the voice of my supplication. 2 O Lord, hear my voice. Let your ears be attentive to my cry for mercy.
If thou, Jah, shouldest mark iniquities, Lord, who shall stand? 3 If you, O LORD, kept a record of sins, O Lord, who could stand?
But there is forgiveness with thee, that thou mayest be feared. 4 But with you there is forgiveness; therefore you are feared.
I wait for Jehovah; my soul doth wait, and in his word do I hope. 5 I wait for the LORD, my soul waits, and in his word I put my hope.
My soul [waiteth] for the Lord more than the watchers [wait] for the morning, [more than] the watchers for the morning. 6 My soul waits for the Lord more than watchmen wait for the morning, more than watchmen wait for the morning.
Let Israel hope in Jehovah, because with Jehovah there is loving-kindness, and with him is plenteous redemption; 7 O Israel, put your hope in the LORD, for with the LORD is unfailing love and with him is full redemption.
And he will redeem Israel from all his iniquities. 8 He himself will redeem Israel from all their sins.
