Psalm 119:140-150 TMB/NIV - Online Parallel Bible

Third Millennium Bible (TMB) New International Version (NIV)
Thy word is very pure; therefore Thy servant loveth it. 140 Your promises have been thoroughly tested, and your servant loves them.
I am small and despised, yet I do not forget Thy precepts. 141 Though I am lowly and despised, I do not forget your precepts.
Thy righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and Thy law is the truth. 142 Your righteousness is everlasting and your law is true.
Trouble and anguish have taken hold on me, yet Thy commandments are my delights. 143 Trouble and distress have come upon me, but your commands are my delight.
The righteousness of Thy testimonies is everlasting; give me understanding, and I shall live. 144 Your statutes are forever right; give me understanding that I may live.
<> I cried with my whole heart: hear me, O LORD; I will keep Thy statutes. 145 I call with all my heart; answer me, O LORD, and I will obey your decrees.
I cried unto Thee: save me, and I shall keep Thy testimonies. 146 I call out to you; save me and I will keep your statutes.
I awaited the dawning of the morning and cried; I hoped in Thy word. 147 I rise before dawn and cry for help; I have put my hope in your word.
Mine eyes awaited the night watches, that I might meditate on Thy word. 148 My eyes stay open through the watches of the night, that I may meditate on your promises.
Hear my voice according unto Thy lovingkindness; O LORD, quicken me according to Thy judgment. 149 Hear my voice in accordance with your love; preserve my life, O LORD, according to your laws.
They draw nigh that follow after mischief; they are far from Thy law. 150 Those who devise wicked schemes are near, but they are far from your law.
