Our sister Phoebe, a deacon in the church in Cenchrea, will be coming to see you soon. 1 I commend to you our sister Phoebe, a servant of the church in Cenchrea.
Receive her in the Lord, as one who is worthy of high honor. Help her in every way you can, for she has helped many in their needs, including me. 2 I ask you to receive her in the Lord in a way worthy of the saints and to give her any help she may need from you, for she has been a great help to many people, including me.
Greet Priscilla and Aquila. They have been co-workers in my ministry for Christ Jesus. 3 Greet Priscilla and Aquila, my fellow workers in Christ Jesus.
In fact, they risked their lives for me. I am not the only one who is thankful to them; so are all the Gentile churches. 4 They risked their lives for me. Not only I but all the churches of the Gentiles are grateful to them.

Give my greetings to Mary, who has worked so hard for your benefit. 6 Greet Mary, who worked very hard for you.
Then there are Andronicus and Junia, my relatives, who were in prison with me. They are respected among the apostles and became Christians before I did. Please give them my greetings. 7 Greet Andronicus and Junias, my relatives who have been in prison with me. They are outstanding among the apostles, and they were in Christ before I was.
Say hello to Ampliatus, whom I love as one of the Lord's own children, 8 Greet Ampliatus, whom I love in the Lord.
and Urbanus, our co-worker in Christ, and beloved Stachys. 9 Greet Urbanus, our fellow worker in Christ, and my dear friend Stachys.
Give my greetings to Apelles, a good man whom Christ approves. And give my best regards to the members of the household of Aristobulus. 10 Greet Apelles, tested and approved in Christ.

Greet Rufus, whom the Lord picked out to be his very own; and also his dear mother, who has been a mother to me. 13 Greet Rufus, chosen in the Lord, and his mother, who has been a mother to me, too.
And please give my greetings to Asyncritus, Phlegon, Hermes, Patrobas, Hermas, and the brothers and sisters who are with them. 14 Greet Asyncritus, Phlegon, Hermes, Patrobas, Hermas and the brothers with them.
Give my greetings to Philologus, Julia, Nereus and his sister, and to Olympas and all the other believers who are with them. 15 Greet Philologus, Julia, Nereus and his sister, and Olympas and all the saints with them.
Greet each other in Christian love. All the churches of Christ send you their greetings. 16 Greet one another with a holy kiss. All the churches of Christ send greetings.
And now I make one more appeal, my dear brothers and sisters. Watch out for people who cause divisions and upset people's faith by teaching things that are contrary to what you have been taught. Stay away from them. 17 I urge you, brothers, to watch out for those who cause divisions and put obstacles in your way that are contrary to the teaching you have learned. Keep away from them.
Such people are not serving Christ our Lord; they are serving their own personal interests. By smooth talk and glowing words they deceive innocent people. 18 For such people are not serving our Lord Christ, but their own appetites. By smooth talk and flattery they deceive the minds of naive people.
But everyone knows that you are obedient to the Lord. This makes me very happy. I want you to see clearly what is right and to stay innocent of any wrong. 19 Everyone has heard about your obedience, so I am full of joy over you; but I want you to be wise about what is good, and innocent about what is evil.
The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. 20 The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus be with you.
Timothy, my fellow worker, and Lucius, Jason, and Sosipater, my relatives, send you their good wishes. 21 Timothy, my fellow worker, sends his greetings to you, as do Lucius, Jason and Sosipater, my relatives.
I, Tertius, the one who is writing this letter for Paul, send my greetings, too, as a Christian brother. 22 I, Tertius, who wrote down this letter, greet you in the Lord.
Gaius says hello to you. I am his guest, and the church meets here in his home. Erastus, the city treasurer, sends you his greetings, and so does Quartus, a Christian brother. 23 Gaius, whose hospitality I and the whole church here enjoy, sends you his greetings. Erastus, who is the city's director of public works, and our brother Quartus send you their greetings.
24 Now to him who is able to establish you by my gospel and the proclamation of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery hidden for long ages past,
God is able to make you strong, just as the Good News says. It is the message about Jesus Christ and his plan for you Gentiles, a plan kept secret from the beginning of time. 25 but now revealed and made known through the prophetic writings by the command of the eternal God, so that all nations might believe and obey him--
But now as the prophets foretold and as the eternal God has commanded, this message is made known to all Gentiles everywhere, so that they might believe and obey Christ. 26 to the only wise God be glory forever through Jesus Christ! Amen.
To God, who alone is wise, be the glory forever through Jesus Christ. Amen. 27
