1 Ten piedad de mí, oh Dios, ten piedad de mí, porque en ti se refugia mi alma; en la sombra de tus alas me ampararé hasta que la destrucción pase.

1 Have mercy on me, O God, have mercy on me, for in you my soul takes refuge. I will take refuge in the shadow of your wings until the disaster has passed.

2 Clamaré al Dios Altísimo, al Dios que todo lo hace para mí.
|
2 I cry out to God Most High, to God, who fulfills [his purpose] for me.
|
|
3 El enviará desde los cielos y me salvará; El reprocha al que me pisotea. (Selah) Dios enviará su misericordia y su verdad.

3 He sends from heaven and saves me, rebuking those who hotly pursue me; "Selah" God sends his love and his faithfulness.

4 Mi alma está entre leones; tengo que acostarme entre los que vomitan fuego; entre los hijos de los hombres, cuyos dientes son lanzas y saetas, y cuya lengua es espada afilada.
