1 BENDITO sea Jehová, mi roca, Que enseña mis manos á la batalla, Y mis dedos á la guerra:

1 Praise be to the LORD my Rock, who trains my hands for war, my fingers for battle.

2 Misericordia mía y mi castillo, Altura mía y mi libertador, Escudo mío, en quien he confiado; El que allana mi pueblo delante de mí.

2 He is my loving God and my fortress, my stronghold and my deliverer, my shield, in whom I take refuge, who subdues peoples under me.
