6 Este es Jesús, el Cristo, que vino por agua y sangre; no por agua solamente, sino por agua y sangre. Y el Espíritu es el que da testimonio, porque el Espíritu es la verdad.

This is the one who came by water and blood—Jesus Christ. He did not come by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit who testifies, because the Spirit is the truth.
