10 Dentro all’Arca non vi era nulla, se non le due tavole che Mosè vi avea messe in Horeb, quando il Signore fece patto co’ figliuoli d’Israele, dopo che furono usciti di Egitto.

There was nothing in the ark except the two tablets that Moses had placed in it at Horeb, where the LORD made a covenant with the Israelites after they came out of Egypt.
