19 Gij zegt: Zie, gij hebt de Edomieten geslagen; daarom heeft uw hart u verheven, om te roemen; nu, blijf in uw huis; waarom zoudt gij u in het kwaad mengen, dat gij vallen zoudt; gij en Juda met u?
19 You say to yourself that you have defeated Edom, and now you are arrogant and proud. But stay at home! Why ask for trouble and cause your own downfall and that of Judah also?”
