20 When he came near to the den to Daniyel, he cried with a lamentable voice; the king spoke and said to Daniyel, Daniyel, servant of the living God, is your God, whom you serve continually, able to deliver you from the lions?

When he came near the den, he called to Daniel in an anguished voice, “Daniel, servant of the living God, has your God, whom you serve continually, been able to rescue you from the lions?”
