Colossians 1:24-29

CSB 24 Now I rejoice in my sufferings for you, and I am completing in my flesh what is lacking in Christ's afflictions for His body, that is, the church. NIV 24 Now I rejoice in what was suffered for you, and I fill up in my flesh what is still lacking in regard to Christ's afflictions, for the sake of his body, which is the church. CSB 25 I have become its minister, according to God's administration that was given to me for you, to make God's message fully known, NIV 25 I have become its servant by the commission God gave me to present to you the word of God in its fullness-- CSB 26 the mystery hidden for ages and generations but now revealed to His saints. CSB 27 God wanted to make known to those among the Gentiles the glorious wealth of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. CSB 28 We proclaim Him, warning and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone mature in Christ. NIV 28 We proclaim him, admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone perfect in Christ. CSB 29 I labor for this, striving with His strength that works powerfully in me. NIV 29 To this end I labor, struggling with all his energy, which so powerfully works in me.
