Ephesians 5:1-6

WBT 1 Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children; NIV 1 Be imitators of God, therefore, as dearly loved children WBT 2 And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling savor. NIV 2 and live a life of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God. WBT 3 But lewdness and all uncleanness or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints; NIV 3 But among you there must not be even a hint of sexual immorality, or of any kind of impurity, or of greed, because these are improper for God's holy people. WBT 4 Neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not convenient: but rather giving of thanks. NIV 4 Nor should there be obscenity, foolish talk or coarse joking, which are out of place, but rather thanksgiving. WBT 5 For this ye know, that no lewd, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God. NIV 5 For of this you can be sure: No immoral, impure or greedy person--such a man is an idolater--has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God. WBT 6 Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience. NIV 6 Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of such things God's wrath comes on those who are disobedient.
