Galatians 6

ESV 1 Brothers,if anyone is caught in any transgression, you who are spiritual should restore him in a spirit of gentleness. Keep watch on yourself, lest you too be tempted. NIV 1 Brothers, if someone is caught in a sin, you who are spiritual should restore him gently. But watch yourself, or you also may be tempted. ESV 2 Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. NIV 2 Carry each other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ. ESV 3 For if anyone thinks he is something, when he is nothing, he deceives himself. NIV 3 If anyone thinks he is something when he is nothing, he deceives himself. ESV 4 But let each one test his own work, and then his reason to boast will be in himself alone and not in his neighbor. NIV 4 Each one should test his own actions. Then he can take pride in himself, without comparing himself to somebody else, ESV 5 For each will have to bear his own load. NIV 5 for each one should carry his own load. ESV 6 One who is taught the word must share all good things with the one who teaches. NIV 6 Anyone who receives instruction in the word must share all good things with his instructor. ESV 7 Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap. NIV 7 Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. ESV 8 For the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life. NIV 8 The one who sows to please his sinful nature, from that nature will reap destruction; the one who sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life. ESV 9 And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up. NIV 9 Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. ESV 10 So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and especially to those who are of the household of faith. NIV 10 Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers. ESV 11 See with what large letters I am writing to you with my own hand. NIV 11 See what large letters I use as I write to you with my own hand! ESV 12 It is those who want to make a good showing in the flesh who would force you to be circumcised, and only in order that they may not be persecuted for the cross of Christ. NIV 12 Those who want to make a good impression outwardly are trying to compel you to be circumcised. The only reason they do this is to avoid being persecuted for the cross of Christ. ESV 13 For even those who are circumcised do not themselves keep the law, but they desire to have you circumcised that they may boast in your flesh. NIV 13 Not even those who are circumcised obey the law, yet they want you to be circumcised that they may boast about your flesh. ESV 14 But far be it from me to boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world. NIV 14 May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world. ESV 15 For neither circumcision counts for anything, nor uncircumcision, but a new creation. NIV 15 Neither circumcision nor uncircumcision means anything; what counts is a new creation. ESV 16 And as for all who walk by this rule, peace and mercy be upon them, and upon the Israel of God. NIV 16 Peace and mercy to all who follow this rule, even to the Israel of God. ESV 17 From now on let no one cause me trouble, for I bear on my body the marks of Jesus. NIV 17 Finally, let no one cause me trouble, for I bear on my body the marks of Jesus. ESV 18 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit, brothers. Amen. NIV 18 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit, brothers. Amen.
