18 Perciò, così parla l’Eterno riguardo a Joiakim, figliuolo di Giosia, re di Giuda: Non se ne farà cordoglio, dicendo: "Ahimè, fratel mio, ahimè sorella!" Non se ne farà cordoglio, dicendo: "Ahimè, signore, ahimè sua maestà!"

Therefore this is what the LORD says about Jehoiakim son of Josiah king of Judah: “They will not mourn for him: ‘Alas, my brother! Alas, my sister!’ They will not mourn for him: ‘Alas, my master! Alas, his splendor!’
