15 Perciò così parla l’Eterno degli eserciti riguardo ai profeti: Ecco, io farò loro mangiare dell’assenzio, e farò loro bere dell’acqua avvelenata; poiché dai profeti di Gerusalemme l’empietà s’è sparsa per tutto il paese.

Therefore this is what the LORD Almighty says concerning the prophets: “I will make them eat bitter food and drink poisoned water, because from the prophets of Jerusalem ungodliness has spread throughout the land.”
