MSG 43 Jesus called his disciples over and said, "The truth is that this poor widow gave more to the collection than all the others put together. NIV 43 Calling his disciples to him, Jesus said, "I tell you the truth, this poor widow has put more into the treasury than all the others. MSG 44 All the others gave what they'll never miss; she gave extravagantly what she couldn't afford - she gave her all." NIV 44 They all gave out of their wealth; but she, out of her poverty, put in everything--all she had to live on."
