BBE 1 And the Lord said to Moses, NIV 1 The LORD said to Moses, BBE 2 Give orders to the children of Israel and say to them, Let it be your care to give me my offerings at their regular times, the food of the offerings made by fire to me for a sweet smell. NIV 2 "Give this command to the Israelites and say to them: 'See that you present to me at the appointed time the food for my offerings made by fire, as an aroma pleasing to me.' BBE 3 Say to them, This is the offering made by fire which you are to give to the Lord; he-lambs of the first year without any mark, two every day as a regular burned offering. NIV 3 Say to them: 'This is the offering made by fire that you are to present to the LORD: two lambs a year old without defect, as a regular burnt offering each day. BBE 4 Let one be offered in the morning, and the other at evening; NIV 4 Prepare one lamb in the morning and the other at twilight, BBE 5 And the tenth part of an ephah of the best meal for a meal offering mixed with the fourth part of a hin of clear oil. NIV 5 together with a grain offering of a tenth of an ephah of fine flour mixed with a quarter of a hin of oil from pressed olives. BBE 6 It is a regular burned offering, as it was ordered in Mount Sinai, for a sweet smell, an offering made by fire to the Lord. NIV 6 This is the regular burnt offering instituted at Mount Sinai as a pleasing aroma, an offering made to the LORD by fire. BBE 7 And for its drink offering take the fourth part of a hin for one lamb: in the holy place let the wine be drained out for a drink offering for the Lord. NIV 7 The accompanying drink offering is to be a quarter of a hin of fermented drink with each lamb. Pour out the drink offering to the LORD at the sanctuary. BBE 8 Let the other lamb be offered at evening; like the meal offering of the morning and its drink offering, let it be offered as an offering made by fire for a sweet smell to the Lord. NIV 8 Prepare the second lamb at twilight, along with the same kind of grain offering and drink offering that you prepare in the morning. This is an offering made by fire, an aroma pleasing to the LORD. BBE 9 And on the Sabbath day, two he-lambs of the first year, without any mark, and two tenth parts of the best meal for a meal offering mixed with oil, and its drink offering: NIV 9 " 'On the Sabbath day, make an offering of two lambs a year old without defect, together with its drink offering and a grain offering of two-tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with oil. BBE 10 This is the burned offering for every Sabbath day, in addition to the regular burned offering, and its drink offering. NIV 10 This is the burnt offering for every Sabbath, in addition to the regular burnt offering and its drink offering. BBE 11 And on the first day of every month you are to give a burned offering to the Lord; two oxen, one male sheep, and seven he-lambs of the first year, without any mark; NIV 11 " 'On the first of every month, present to the LORD a burnt offering of two young bulls, one ram and seven male lambs a year old, all without defect. BBE 12 And three tenth parts of the best meal for a meal offering mixed with oil, for every ox; and two tenth parts of the best meal for a meal offering mixed with oil, for the one sheep; NIV 12 With each bull there is to be a grain offering of three-tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with oil; with the ram, a grain offering of two-tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with oil; BBE 13 And a separate tenth part of the best meal mixed with oil for a meal offering for every lamb; for a burned offering of a sweet smell, an offering made by fire to the Lord. NIV 13 and with each lamb, a grain offering of a tenth of an ephah of fine flour mixed with oil. This is for a burnt offering, a pleasing aroma, an offering made to the LORD by fire. BBE 14 And their drink offerings are to be half a hin of wine for an ox, and the third part of a hin for a male sheep, and the fourth part of a hin for a lamb: this is the burned offering for every month through all the months of the year. NIV 14 With each bull there is to be a drink offering of half a hin of wine; with the ram, a third of a hin; and with each lamb, a quarter of a hin. This is the monthly burnt offering to be made at each new moon during the year. BBE 15 And one he-goat for a sin-offering to the Lord; it is to be offered in addition to the regular burned offering and its drink offering. NIV 15 Besides the regular burnt offering with its drink offering, one male goat is to be presented to the LORD as a sin offering. BBE 16 And in the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month, is the Lord's Passover. NIV 16 " 'On the fourteenth day of the first month the LORD's Passover is to be held. BBE 17 On the fifteenth day of this month there is to be a feast; for seven days let your food be unleavened cakes. NIV 17 On the fifteenth day of this month there is to be a festival; for seven days eat bread made without yeast. BBE 18 On the first day there is to be a holy meeting: you may do no sort of field-work: NIV 18 On the first day hold a sacred assembly and do no regular work. BBE 19 And you are to give an offering made by fire, a burned offering to the Lord; two oxen, one male sheep, and seven he-lambs of the first year, without any mark: NIV 19 Present to the LORD an offering made by fire, a burnt offering of two young bulls, one ram and seven male lambs a year old, all without defect. BBE 20 And their meal offering, the best meal mixed with oil: let three tenth parts of an ephah be offered for an ox and two tenth parts for a male sheep; NIV 20 With each bull prepare a grain offering of three-tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with oil; with the ram, two-tenths; BBE 21 And a separate tenth part for every one of the seven lambs; NIV 21 and with each of the seven lambs, one-tenth. BBE 22 And one he-goat for a sin-offering to take away your sin. NIV 22 Include one male goat as a sin offering to make atonement for you. BBE 23 These are to be offered in addition to the morning burned offering, which is a regular burned offering at all times. NIV 23 Prepare these in addition to the regular morning burnt offering. BBE 24 In this way, every day for seven days, give the food of the offering made by fire, a sweet smell to the Lord: it is to be offered in addition to the regular burned offering, and its drink offering. NIV 24 In this way prepare the food for the offering made by fire every day for seven days as an aroma pleasing to the LORD; it is to be prepared in addition to the regular burnt offering and its drink offering. BBE 25 Then on the seventh day there will be a holy meeting; you may do no field-work. NIV 25 On the seventh day hold a sacred assembly and do no regular work. BBE 26 And at the time of the first-fruits, when you give an offering of new meal to the Lord at your feast of weeks, there is to be a holy meeting: you may do no field-work: NIV 26 " 'On the day of firstfruits, when you present to the LORD an offering of new grain during the Feast of Weeks, hold a sacred assembly and do no regular work. BBE 27 And give a burned offering for a sweet smell to the Lord; two oxen, one male sheep, and seven he-lambs of the first year; NIV 27 Present a burnt offering of two young bulls, one ram and seven male lambs a year old as an aroma pleasing to the LORD. BBE 28 And their meal offering, the best meal mixed with oil, three tenth parts for an ox, two tenth parts for a male sheep, NIV 28 With each bull there is to be a grain offering of three-tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with oil; with the ram, two-tenths; BBE 29 And a separate tenth part for every one of the seven lambs; NIV 29 and with each of the seven lambs, one-tenth. BBE 30 And one he-goat to take away your sin. NIV 30 Include one male goat to make atonement for you. BBE 31 These are in addition to the regular burned offering and its meal offering; take care that they are without any mark, and let them be offered with their drink offerings. NIV 31 Prepare these together with their drink offerings, in addition to the regular burnt offering and its grain offering. Be sure the animals are without defect.
