NKJV 1 Now the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, NIV 1 The LORD said to Moses, NKJV 2 "Command the children of Israel, and say to them, 'My offering, My food for My offerings made by fire as a sweet aroma to Me, you shall be careful to offer to Me at their appointed time.' NIV 2 "Give this command to the Israelites and say to them: 'See that you present to me at the appointed time the food for my offerings made by fire, as an aroma pleasing to me.' NKJV 3 And you shall say to them, 'This is the offering made by fire which you shall offer to the Lord: two male lambs in their first year without blemish, day by day, as a regular burnt offering. NIV 3 Say to them: 'This is the offering made by fire that you are to present to the LORD: two lambs a year old without defect, as a regular burnt offering each day. NKJV 4 The one lamb you shall offer in the morning, the other lamb you shall offer in the evening, NIV 4 Prepare one lamb in the morning and the other at twilight, NKJV 5 and one-tenth of an ephah of fine flour as a grain offering mixed with one-fourth of a hin of pressed oil. NIV 5 together with a grain offering of a tenth of an ephah of fine flour mixed with a quarter of a hin of oil from pressed olives. NKJV 6 It is a regular burnt offering which was ordained at Mount Sinai for a sweet aroma, an offering made by fire to the Lord. NIV 6 This is the regular burnt offering instituted at Mount Sinai as a pleasing aroma, an offering made to the LORD by fire. NKJV 7 And its drink offering shall be one-fourth of a hin for each lamb; in a holy place you shall pour out the drink to the Lord as an offering. NIV 7 The accompanying drink offering is to be a quarter of a hin of fermented drink with each lamb. Pour out the drink offering to the LORD at the sanctuary. NKJV 8 The other lamb you shall offer in the evening; as the morning grain offering and its drink offering, you shall offer it as an offering made by fire, a sweet aroma to the Lord. NIV 8 Prepare the second lamb at twilight, along with the same kind of grain offering and drink offering that you prepare in the morning. This is an offering made by fire, an aroma pleasing to the LORD. NKJV 9 'And on the Sabbath day two lambs in their first year, without blemish, and two-tenths of an ephah of fine flour as a grain offering, mixed with oil, with its drink offering-- NIV 9 " 'On the Sabbath day, make an offering of two lambs a year old without defect, together with its drink offering and a grain offering of two-tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with oil. NKJV 10 this is the burnt offering for every Sabbath, besides the regular burnt offering with its drink offering. NIV 13 and with each lamb, a grain offering of a tenth of an ephah of fine flour mixed with oil. This is for a burnt offering, a pleasing aroma, an offering made to the LORD by fire. NKJV 14 Their drink offering shall be half a hin of wine for a bull, one-third of a hin for a ram, and one-fourth of a hin for a lamb; this is the burnt offering for each month throughout the months of the year. NIV 14 With each bull there is to be a drink offering of half a hin of wine; with the ram, a third of a hin; and with each lamb, a quarter of a hin. This is the monthly burnt offering to be made at each new moon during the year. NKJV 15 Also one kid of the goats as a sin offering to the Lord shall be offered, besides the regular burnt offering and its drink offering. NIV 15 Besides the regular burnt offering with its drink offering, one male goat is to be presented to the LORD as a sin offering. NKJV 16 'On the fourteenth day of the first month is the Passover of the Lord. NIV 16 " 'On the fourteenth day of the first month the LORD's Passover is to be held. NKJV 17 And on the fifteenth day of this month is the feast; unleavened bread shall be eaten for seven days. NIV 17 On the fifteenth day of this month there is to be a festival; for seven days eat bread made without yeast. NKJV 18 On the first day you shall have a holy convocation. You shall do no customary work. NIV 18 On the first day hold a sacred assembly and do no regular work. NKJV 19 And you shall present an offering made by fire as a burnt offering to the Lord: two young bulls, one ram, and seven lambs in their first year. Be sure they are without blemish. NIV 19 Present to the LORD an offering made by fire, a burnt offering of two young bulls, one ram and seven male lambs a year old, all without defect. NKJV 20 Their grain offering shall be of fine flour mixed with oil: three-tenths of an ephah you shall offer for a bull, and two-tenths for a ram; NIV 20 With each bull prepare a grain offering of three-tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with oil; with the ram, two-tenths; NKJV 21 you shall offer one-tenth of an ephah for each of the seven lambs; NIV 21 and with each of the seven lambs, one-tenth. NKJV 22 also one goat as a sin offering, to make atonement for you. NIV 22 Include one male goat as a sin offering to make atonement for you. NKJV 23 You shall offer these besides the burnt offering of the morning, which is for a regular burnt offering. NIV 23 Prepare these in addition to the regular morning burnt offering. NKJV 24 In this manner you shall offer the food of the offering made by fire daily for seven days, as a sweet aroma to the Lord; it shall be offered besides the regular burnt offering and its drink offering. NIV 24 In this way prepare the food for the offering made by fire every day for seven days as an aroma pleasing to the LORD; it is to be prepared in addition to the regular burnt offering and its drink offering. NKJV 25 And on the seventh day you shall have a holy convocation. You shall do no customary work. NIV 25 On the seventh day hold a sacred assembly and do no regular work. NKJV 26 'Also on the day of the firstfruits, when you bring a new grain offering to the Lord at your Feast of Weeks, you shall have a holy convocation. You shall do no customary work. NIV 26 " 'On the day of firstfruits, when you present to the LORD an offering of new grain during the Feast of Weeks, hold a sacred assembly and do no regular work. NKJV 27 You shall present a burnt offering as a sweet aroma to the Lord: two young bulls, one ram, and seven lambs in their first year, NIV 27 Present a burnt offering of two young bulls, one ram and seven male lambs a year old as an aroma pleasing to the LORD. NKJV 28 with their grain offering of fine flour mixed with oil: three-tenths of an ephah for each bull, two-tenths for the one ram, NIV 28 With each bull there is to be a grain offering of three-tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with oil; with the ram, two-tenths; NKJV 29 and one-tenth for each of the seven lambs; NIV 29 and with each of the seven lambs, one-tenth. You shall present them with their drink offerings, besides the regular burnt offering with its grain offering. NIV 31 Prepare these together with their drink offerings, in addition to the regular burnt offering and its grain offering. Be sure the animals are without defect.
