Psalm 106

WEB 1 Praise Yahweh! Give thanks to Yahweh, for he is good, For his lovingkindness endures forever. NIV 1 Praise the LORD. Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever. WEB 2 Who can utter the mighty acts of Yahweh, Or fully declare all his praise? NIV 2 Who can proclaim the mighty acts of the LORD or fully declare his praise? WEB 3 Blessed are those who keep justice, He who does righteousness at all times. NIV 3 Blessed are they who maintain justice, who constantly do what is right. WEB 4 Remember me, Yahweh, with the favor that you show to your people. Visit me with your salvation, NIV 4 Remember me, O LORD, when you show favor to your people, come to my aid when you save them, WEB 5 That I may see the prosperity of your chosen, That I may rejoice in the gladness of your nation, That I may glory with your inheritance. NIV 5 that I may enjoy the prosperity of your chosen ones, that I may share in the joy of your nation and join your inheritance in giving praise. WEB 6 We have sinned with our fathers. We have committed iniquity. We have done wickedly. NIV 6 We have sinned, even as our fathers did; we have done wrong and acted wickedly. WEB 7 Our fathers didn't understand your wonders in Egypt. They didn't remember the multitude of your lovingkindnesses, But were rebellious at the sea, even at the Red Sea. NIV 35 but they mingled with the nations and adopted their customs. WEB 36 They served their idols, Which became a snare to them. NIV 36 They worshiped their idols, which became a snare to them. WEB 41 He gave them into the hand of the nations. Those who hated them ruled over them. NIV 41 He handed them over to the nations, and their foes ruled over them. WEB 42 Their enemies also oppressed them. They were brought into subjection under their hand. NIV 42 Their enemies oppressed them and subjected them to their power. WEB 43 Many times he delivered them, But they were rebellious in their counsel, And were brought low in their iniquity. NIV 43 Many times he delivered them, but they were bent on rebellion and they wasted away in their sin. WEB 44 Nevertheless he regarded their distress, When he heard their cry. NIV 44 But he took note of their distress when he heard their cry; WEB 45 He remembered for them his covenant, And repented according to the multitude of his lovingkindnesses. NIV 45 for their sake he remembered his covenant and out of his great love he relented. WEB 46 He made them also to be pitied By all those who carried them captive. NIV 46 He caused them to be pitied by all who held them captive. WEB 47 Save us, Yahweh, our God, Gather us from among the nations, To give thanks to your holy name, To triumph in your praise! NIV 47 Save us, O LORD our God, and gather us from the nations, that we may give thanks to your holy name and glory in your praise. WEB 48 Blessed be Yahweh, the God of Israel, From everlasting even to everlasting! Let all the people say, "Amen." Praise Yah! NIV 48 Praise be to the LORD, the God of Israel, from everlasting to everlasting. Let all the people say, "Amen!" Praise the LORD.
