NIV 1 My heart is steadfast, O God; I will sing and make music with all my soul. RHE 2 (107-3) Arise, my glory; arise, psaltery and harp: I will arise in the morning early. NIV 2 Awake, harp and lyre! I will awaken the dawn. RHE 3 (107-4) I will praise thee, O Lord, among the people: and I will sing unto thee among the nations. NIV 3 I will praise you, O LORD, among the nations; I will sing of you among the peoples. RHE 4 (107-5) For thy mercy is great above the heavens: and thy truth even unto the clouds. NIV 4 For great is your love, higher than the heavens; your faithfulness reaches to the skies. RHE 5 (107-6) Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens, and thy glory over all the earth: NIV 5 Be exalted, O God, above the heavens, and let your glory be over all the earth. RHE 6 (107-7) That thy beloved may be delivered. Save with thy right hand and hear me. NIV 6 Save us and help us with your right hand, that those you love may be delivered. RHE 7 (107-8) God hath spoken in his holiness. I will rejoice, and I will divide Sichem and I will mete out the vale of tabernacles. NIV 7 God has spoken from his sanctuary: "In triumph I will parcel out Shechem and measure off the Valley of Succoth. RHE 8 (107-9) Galaad is mine: and Manasses is mine and Ephraim the protection of my head. Juda is my king: NIV 8 Gilead is mine, Manasseh is mine; Ephraim is my helmet, Judah my scepter. RHE 9 (107-10) Moab the pot of my hope. Over Edom I will stretch out my shoe: the aliens are become my friends. NIV 9 Moab is my washbasin, upon Edom I toss my sandal; over Philistia I shout in triumph." RHE 10 (107-11) Who will bring me into the strong city? who will lead me into Edom? NIV 10 Who will bring me to the fortified city? Who will lead me to Edom? RHE 11 (107-12) Wilt not thou, O God, who hast cast us off? and wilt not thou, O God, go forth with our armies? NIV 11 Is it not you, O God, you who have rejected us and no longer go out with our armies? RHE 12 (107-13) O grant us help from trouble: for vain is the help of man. NIV 12 Give us aid against the enemy, for the help of man is worthless. RHE 13 (107-14) Through God we shall do mightily: and he will bring our enemies to nothing. NIV 13 With God we will gain the victory, and he will trample down our enemies.
