Psalm 125

YLT 1 A Song of the Ascents. Those trusting in Jehovah [are] as Mount Zion, It is not moved -- to the age it abideth. NIV 1 Those who trust in the LORD are like Mount Zion, which cannot be shaken but endures forever. YLT 2 Jerusalem! mountains [are] round about her, And Jehovah [is] round about His people, From henceforth even unto the age. NIV 2 As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so the LORD surrounds his people both now and forevermore. YLT 3 For the rod of wickedness resteth not On the lot of the righteous, That the righteous put not forth on iniquity their hands. NIV 3 The scepter of the wicked will not remain over the land allotted to the righteous, for then the righteous might use their hands to do evil. YLT 4 Do good, O Jehovah, to the good, And to the upright in their hearts. NIV 4 Do good, O LORD, to those who are good, to those who are upright in heart. YLT 5 As to those turning [to] their crooked ways, Jehovah causeth them to go with workers of iniquity. Peace on Israel! NIV 5 But those who turn to crooked ways the LORD will banish with the evildoers. Peace be upon Israel.
