Psalm 26:1-6

DBY 1 {[A Psalm] of David.} Judge me, O Jehovah, for I have walked in mine integrity, and I have confided in Jehovah: I shall not slip. NIV 1 Vindicate me, O LORD, for I have led a blameless life; I have trusted in the LORD without wavering. DBY 2 Prove me, Jehovah, and test me; try my reins and my heart: NIV 2 Test me, O LORD, and try me, examine my heart and my mind; DBY 3 For thy loving-kindness is before mine eyes, and I have walked in thy truth. NIV 3 for your love is ever before me, and I walk continually in your truth. DBY 4 I have not sat with vain persons, neither have I gone in with dissemblers; NIV 4 I do not sit with deceitful men, nor do I consort with hypocrites; DBY 5 I have hated the congregation of evil-doers, and I have not sat with the wicked. NIV 5 I abhor the assembly of evildoers and refuse to sit with the wicked.
